The Erline Curlee Class

Named for Erline Curlee, a faithful member of Cain’s Chapel, church historian and school teacher for many years, the Erline Curlee Class is made up of married and singles of all ages.

Proverbs 9:9-10 (NLT) guides the class.  “Teach the wise, and they will be wiser.  Teach the righteous, and they learn more.  Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.  Knowledge of the Holy One results in understanding.”

They meet the fourth Saturday of each quarter in the Family Life Center for a potluck supper and social.  They also support a local family at Christmas each year, and prepare Wednesday Night Supper on occasion.

We would like to invite anyone who would like to study the book of “James” to come visit our class.  Our class has many special qualities and one of them is that we have fun discussing the lesson as Steve teaches, there is always a lot of input and opinions on the lesson.

If you would like to study straight from the Bible come visit us.  I think once you see how much we love and care for each other that you will want to stay!!
