The Fellowship Class

Location: Room 4 – Family Life Center

This class began in the mid 1960′s as the Young Adults Class.  By the 1980′s members weren’t young adults anymore and were asked to change their name.  At that time they were meeting in the old fellowship hall, so they decided to call themselves the Fellowship Class.

The Scripture choice for this class underscores their love for each other, Philippians 2:2: “Make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.”  Anyone 40 and above will feel comfortable in this class which uses Wesley Sunday school literature..

Socially, they enjoy a Christmas gathering; and each year they sponsor a family through the church Christmas Box ministry.
