Fall Festival / Trunk of Treats
Cain’s Chapel is very involved in our Holtville/Slapout community. On October 31st (Halloween night) the members of Cains Chapel opened up its parking lot and their hearts…and their candy trunks…to the community as we hosted this year’s annual Cain’s Chapel Fall Festival and Trunk of Treats. There were lots of games and food and trunks full of candy for all the ghosts and goblins, small and large. While it was impossible to get a count of everyone who joined us, we estimate that there were over 300 children and their families who joined us for this time of safe fun and fellowship on Halloween night.
This community event was so much fun that the slideshow below has way too many pictures in it (68) but they are arranged to tell the story of the event from the beginning through the end of the evening. (If you are in a hurry you can click on the slideshow to jump to the next picture.)
